Growing a business can be a very profitable business, but can also involve financial risk.

By subscribing to the products/services offered by ZURAMEDIA LTD, or by visiting the website, the customer acknowledges that ZURAMEDIA LTD cannot be held responsible for the financial risks inherent in the development or operation of a business.

ZURAMEDIA LTD cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee the success or earnings of its customers and cannot be held responsible for any financial loss.

ARTICLE III

The customer of ZURAMEDIA LTD agrees not to cause any moral or legal damage to the site in the event that his personal financial results are unsatisfactory to him.

ZURAMEDIA LTD declines all responsibility for any damage suffered as a result of the use of a ZURAMEDIA LTD product or service.

SECTION IV

By joining, the customer refrains from any form of disparagement with regard to ZURAMEDIA LTD. Disparagement is defined as publicly discrediting the company or products or services.

ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right to take legal action against the author of comments that could harm the company.

ARTICLE VI – “MASSIVE CONVERSIONS” and “TURBO CONSULTANT” GUARANTEE

ZURAMEDIA LTD will refund the full amount of the “Mass Conversions” program if the customer’s request is made within 14 days from the transaction date and only if the Coaching Session (also called “Take-off Session” ) with a ZURAMEDIA LTD Coach has not been consumed. This request should be emailed to abandon@zuramedia.com.

If the request for reimbursement is not made within the aforementioned period, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right not to reimburse the customer.

If the refund request is made after the client has consumed a Coaching Session with a ZURAMEDIA LTD Coach, NO REFUND will be granted. Once a Coaching Session with a ZURAMEDIA LTD Coach has taken place, the service is considered delivered and all sales are final.

In the event of a refund, the member’s area, as well as the services to which the customer was entitled, will be deactivated immediately. The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Once the withdrawal period has passed (14 days), the customer is liable for all of his monthly payments.

ARTICLE VII – “FB IMPACT: 10,000 FANS ON FACEBOOK” GUARANTEE

ZURAMEDIA LTD will refund the full amount of the “FB Impact: 10,000 fans on Facebook” program if the customer’s request is made within 14 days from the date of the transaction. This request should be emailed to abandon@zuramedia.com.

If the request for reimbursement is not made within the aforementioned period, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right not to reimburse the customer.

The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

In the event of a refund, the member’s area, as well as the services to which the customer was entitled, will be deactivated immediately.

ARTICLE VIII – “MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY” GUARANTEE

ZURAMEDIA LTD will refund the full amount of the “Maximum Productivity” program if the customer requests it within 14 days from the date of the transaction. This request should be emailed to abandon@zuramedia.com.

If the request for reimbursement is not made within the aforementioned period, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right not to reimburse the customer.

The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

In the event of a refund, the member’s area, as well as the services to which the customer was entitled, will be deactivated immediately.

ARTICLE IX – “SEMINAR” GENERAL CONDITIONS

Cancellation: Due to the “personalized” nature and the limited number of participants in the seminars, ZURAMEDIA LTD does not make any refunds in the event of cancellation or non-participation.

Reimbursement following the event

ZURAMEDIA LTD undertakes to reimburse the customer 100% in the event of customer dissatisfaction. To benefit from this reimbursement, the participant must be present during the entire seminar (physical or virtual) and have participated in all the sessions.

This request should be emailed to abandon@zuramedia.com. The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

ARTICLE X – GENERAL CONDITIONS “LIFE LIFE”

In the event of a trial at Vie Libre, the customer benefits from access to the member area and to all the services of the Vie Libre program.

Following the trial period and if the customer does not notify ZURAMEDIA LTD via the means below, the monthly subscription amount is debited automatically, at 30-day intervals, for an unlimited period.

The customer can cancel his subscription by sending an email to sav@zuramedia.com

If the customer cancels his subscription during the trial period, no additional amount will be debited from his card.

If the cancellation request is not made within the aforementioned period, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right not to reimburse the customer.

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request.

No refund is granted on the amount of shipping costs.
No refund is granted for previous services and months preceding the cancellation request.

In the event of cancellation, the member’s area, as well as the services to which the customer was entitled, will be deactivated immediately.

Article XI

By reserving your place at Zuramedia events, you are aware that these are recorded and filmed. The images will be broadcast on our networks. By participating in the events, you agree that your image will be used on our various networks and channels.

Article XII – Platinum Licensee Procedures and Guidelines

ZENITH Platinum: Support for Facebook advertising “Automatic Lead Management”

Article 1 – Support for the Facebook advertising account of the ZENITH Licensed Consultant

ZURAMEDIA LTD coordinates with the Licensed Consultant the support and the technical gateway, namely the exchange of password and the Facebook advertising account.
Barring exceptions, ZURAMEDIA has no access to the Licensed Consultant’s private Facebook account, but only to the latter’s Facebook page and professional advertising account.
The Platinum Licensed Consultant delegates paid advertising and promotions on Facebook.

ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH fully controls the campaigns, creations, writing and publication of campaigns and ads, their optimization, audience targeting, ad tests, tracking, and everything involved in the success of Facebook advertising campaigns.

The “Automatic Lead Management” service specifically includes the management of the paid advertising account to generate ZENITH leads in favor of the Licensed Consultant’s unique ZENITH links (available in the Licensed Consultant Cockpit). The service does not include the management or general publication of “branding” or “community management”.

The Licensed Consultant undertakes not to intervene under any circumstances on the Facebook advertising account used by ZURAMEDIA within the framework of ZENITH, in order to avoid any technical incident which could lead Facebook to banish the Licensed Consultant’s advertising account. Once a Facebook advertiser account is banned by Facebook, it is virtually impossible to restore it.

The Licensed Consultant understands that ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH are not responsible for the decisions made by Facebook. Only Facebook decides on its ad policy and the rights of its platform.

ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH, as well as the Licensed Consultant understand that the rules are set by Facebook.

ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH aims to generate a positive return on investment. ZURAMEDIA undertakes to make every effort to ensure the profitability of the campaigns, as for its own successful internal campaigns. It is in the economic interest of ZURAMEDIA to succeed in the greatest number of Facebook advertising campaigns for the Licensed Consultant.

The Licensed Consultant understands that some campaigns may not generate a positive return on investment. ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH decides, at its discretion, to only manage campaigns that generate a positive return on investment.

Paid advertising support is managed by ZURAMEDIA for any Licensed Consultant who purchased the Platinum pack before March 1, 2018 .

The Licensed Consultant agrees NOT to create advertisements on the advertising account managed by ZURAMEDIA, this in order to avoid any problem or banishment of account by Facebook, which could lead to the complete suspension of the advertising account of the Licensee.
A decision to ban by Facebook is often irreversible and beyond the control of ZURAMEDIA.

In order to limit the risks mentioned above, ZURAMEDIA monitors all publication and the Licensed Consultant undertakes not to make any “boost” or “paid advertisement” on the page of its own volition.

ZURAMEDIA / ZENITH allows the Licensed Consultant to moderate their page themselves. ZURAMEDIA however reserves the right to take the decision to manage an independent page, solely intended for the promotion of paid advertisements. This is in order to reduce the risks associated with mishandling of the Licensed Consultant. The latter could indeed lead to the banning or deletion of the advertising account by Facebook.

Once the first Facebook advertisement has been published, the service is considered delivered. No refund is therefore applicable.

Article 2 – Campaigns

As indicated in Article 1, ZURAMEDIA undertakes to test several ZENITH campaigns with the aim of finding a positive return on investment for ZENITH and the Licensee Consultant.

ZURAMEDIA creates advertisements and advertising campaigns only for the products and services present in the ZENITH portfolio.
It is understood that ZURAMEDIA may submit different advertisements optimized for and on behalf of the Licensed Consultant. The latter is free to modify them.

It is also understood with regard to the professional expertise and experience of ZURAMEDIA, that any modification made by the Licensed Consultant to the advertisements submitted by ZURAMEDIA may have a negative impact on the percentage of conversions and the success of the campaigns.

Information from the Licensed Consultant is subject to professional secrecy.

The Licensed Consultant has the ability to provide necessary marketing materials such as: everyday or lifestyle images, photos, videos, and other experiences that may produce better results for Facebook posts and ads on their behalf .

ARTICLE XIII – INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS

In the event of membership in one of the programs provided by ZURAMEDIA LTD through installment payments, the customer agrees to make the payments of the totality of the monthly installments.

In the event of default on the part of the customer, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right to deactivate the member area for the customer, as well as the services to which the customer has been entitled.

ARTICLE XIV – COLLECTION

If the customer does not honor the payment of all of his monthly payments, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right to appeal to a collection company.

Before transmission of the unpaid file for recovery, the customer will be contacted by the company ZURAMEDIA LTD in order to find an amicable solution.

ARTICLE XV – GENERAL REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

This article applies to all products and services marketed by ZURAMEDIA LTD. If a product or service is not mentioned in one of the articles above, the customer should refer to this article.

ZURAMEDIA LTD will refund the full amount of the program purchased if the customer’s request is made within 14 days from the date of the transaction and only if no Coaching Session with a Coach or a member of ZURAMEDIA LTD was consumed. This request should be emailed to abandon@zuramedia.com.

If the request for reimbursement is not made within the aforementioned period, ZURAMEDIA LTD reserves the right not to reimburse the customer. In addition, the customer must, in the event of joining by means of installment payments, make the payments of the totality of the monthly payments.

If the refund request is made after the client has consumed a Coaching Session with a Coach or a member of ZURAMEDIA LTD, NO REFUND will be granted. Once a Coaching Session with a ZURAMEDIA LTD Coach has taken place, the service is considered delivered and all sales are final.
The customer must, in the event of membership by means of installment payments, make the payments of the totality of the monthly payments.

The payment of a deposit for the reservation of a program or service does not entitle you to any refund.

In the event of a refund, the member’s area, as well as the services to which the customer was entitled, will be deactivated immediately. The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Once the withdrawal period has passed (14 days), the customer is liable for all of his monthly payments.

ARTICLE XVII – APPLICABLE LAW

The visitor or ZURAMEDIA LTD member agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the forum of the company’s headquarters.
